AdsAgent / Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with AdsAgent and connected advertising accounts.

AdsAgent operates inside the policies of Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and the payment networks that fund those platforms. This policy enumerates uses that are prohibited regardless of whether a destination platform happens to allow them.

Last Updated: April 29, 2026

1. Purpose

AdsAgent is built for legitimate paid-media operations. The behaviors below are prohibited because they expose the service, the underlying advertising platforms, and other customers to fraud, abuse, regulatory risk, or account-level enforcement actions.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AdsAgent, directly or through automation, to:

  • Run advertising for illegal goods or services, including unlicensed pharmaceuticals, weapons, controlled substances, or anything prohibited by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction or the destination platform.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications, including bulk DMs through ad-platform messaging features, lookalike audiences built from scraped contact lists, or campaigns targeting users who have opted out.
  • Engage in deceptive advertising, including cloaking landing pages, bait-and-switch creative, fake testimonials, manufactured scarcity, fake countdown timers, or claims you cannot substantiate.
  • Generate or facilitate fraudulent ad activity, including click fraud, impression fraud, conversion fraud, view-fraud, bot traffic, incentivized clicks, or any artificial inflation of campaign metrics.
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or pages designed to harvest credentials or financial information under false pretenses.
  • Promote regulated verticals without proper licensing, including gambling, sports betting, lottery, lending, securities, or insurance, in jurisdictions where you are not licensed to operate.
  • Promote sexually explicit content, dating scams, or content sexualizing minors. Adult content, where permitted by the destination platform, must be clearly labeled and is still subject to additional review.
  • Promote crypto or NFT projects that involve pump-and-dump schemes, rug pulls, unlicensed securities offerings, or unregistered investment products.
  • Infringe on trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or likenesses in ad creatives, landing pages, or audience targeting.
  • Promote hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content, including content that targets protected classes or incites violence.
  • Access ad accounts, pages, pixels, or assets for which you do not hold authorization from the legitimate owner.
  • Circumvent platform policies or AdsAgent's safeguards, including resetting suspended accounts under new identities, evading platform rate limits, or coordinating bans across multiple workspaces.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or repackage AdsAgent or its outputs without written authorization.

3. Reporting Violations

If you believe another customer is violating this policy, email [email protected] with the subject "AUP Report" and as much detail as you can share. We investigate every report and respond within two business days.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, refusal of refund, reporting to the relevant advertising platform, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement. Material violations are not eligible for the standard 14-day refund window.

5. Changes

As advertising platforms tighten their own policies and as new abuse patterns emerge, this AUP will be updated. Continued use of AdsAgent after a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
