AdsAgent / Refund and Cancellation Policy

How AdsAgent subscriptions are canceled and when refunds apply.

This policy explains how operators can cancel an AdsAgent subscription, when a pro-rated refund is available, and how chargebacks are handled. It applies to all paid plans billed through Stripe.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your AdsAgent subscription at any time from the dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

New subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund if you request cancellation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial charge. The refund amount equals the unused portion of the current billing period, calculated to the day.

Renewals after the first billing period are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent further renewals.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on the account, the date of the charge, and a brief reason. We respond within two business days and process eligible refunds within five to ten business days back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Usage past the fourteen-day window on a given subscription term.
  • One-time add-ons, credits, or services already consumed.
  • Third-party fees passed through (e.g., advertising platform charges, taxes).
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated, and any unpaid balance becomes due.
